How can it be a Fundamental Right and A hindrance at the same time??!!??

If a wolf and a rabbit work together and once a month the rabbit turns into a delicious butter masala rabbit meat, then Lock the Wolf up for that day every month and if others discriminate the rabbit then take punitive measures against them.
Don't punish the rabbit for something it has no control of.

The mindset however is within control. It can be reshaped and relearned. Through Observational Leaning it can also be observed and behaviour a d mindset can be changed.

Menstrual Leave is a must!!
Its shameful that such thought came out even when deciding if it should be made into a mandatory law.

Punish those who would think different and discriminate. Dont punish women.

Cleanliness will never come from slogans or blame — it comes from systems that make dignity possible. You cannot demand civic sense while failing to provide toilets, bins, and real waste infrastructure. Habits grow where facilities exist. If we want clean cities, we must fight for the basics first.
