We manufacture edible using the traditional method by extracting oil from the oil seeds using Wood ( Chekku or Ghani ) where our oil is supplemented with Palm sugar ( Karuppati ) or Jaggery ( Nattu sakarai ) which improves the flavor and its nutrition value, and in our wooden press method there is less amount of heat extracted which doesn’t alter the properties of nutrition values in it. Our procurement method is farm fresh where we procure natural oil seeds directly from farmers.
