Case of Impending rupture

If the mother had previous c section

After completing 9
Months - 36Weeks onwards close monitoring and follow up needed
To exclude any scar tenderness during abdominal examination
So early detection of Impending rupture and termination of pregnancy accordingly can be done
For the sake of the baby and mother both

আগে সিজার থাকলে সেইসব মা দের নেক্সট প্রেগন্যান্সি তে 36 সপ্তাহ র পর থেকে প্রত্যেক সপ্তাহে ক্লোজ মনিটরিং প্রয়োজন হয়
অনেক সময় ইউটেরাস র নিচের অংশ এত্ত বেশি পাতলা হয়ে যায় যে যেকোনো সময় ফেটে যাওয়ার চান্স থাকে
তাই সেটি ক্লিনিক্যালি ডায়াগনোসিস করে যত তারাতারি সম্ভব বেবি কে ডেলিভারি করি দেওয়া উচিত
নয়তো মা এবং বাচ্চা দুজন এর জীবন হানি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে

this case Green colour liquid discharge coming through mother's va**na all of sudden
Sometimes normal in case of breech baby during labor ( mostly it's a sign from baby- due to baby's respiratory distress)
Babies aren't able to breathe well due to less oxygen and blood supply
stained baby
delivery via C section and needs resuscitation immediately after delivery
breathing and sucking well after delivery

(অনেক সময় হঠাৎ করে মা র va**na থেকে সবুজ বা কালচে সবুজ রং এর ঘোলা জল বেরোতে শুরু করে
তখন বুঝতে হবে বেবি র ভিতরে শ্বাস কষ্ট শুরু হয়েছে তাই ইমিডিয়েটলি admission করে ডেলিভারি করে দিতে হবে
নাহলে বাচ্চা intra uterine death হয়ে যাওয়ার হাই চান্স থাকে)

mother had the previous two miscarriage
(Spontaneous recurrent miscarriage)
In this case a couple needs genetic counseling before the next pregnancy)

Specific treatments should be initiated prior to next pregnancy

So in coming pregnancy..
Risks of abortion becomes less
