Practicing yoga like camel pose can help you feel more open,loving and connected to yourself n others but it essential to be careful and patient but doing this pose. Don’t push your body too hard ; go slowly and do what your body tells you . It might take a while to become flexible and comfortable in this pose, that’s okay ……

📌 benefits :-

1) Stretch the front of the body including the chests,abdomen and hips flexors
2) strengthen the back and improves posture .
3) open and active the heart chakra (Anahata chakra) promoting emotional balance

📌 Who should avoid camel yoga pose :-

*People with recent surgery or injury in the back, neck or abdomen, knee consults your healthcare provider before attempting yoga pose
* people with uncontrolled high blood pressure or low blood pressure
* The women in the later stage of pregnancy should avoid deep backbend
* beginners who lack the necessary flexibility and strength may find camel pose challenging , so make sure you don’t force your body to unlock this pose slowly and gradually…

Folding forward also clam the mind, reduces stress and reduce blood pressure. learning how to properly fold forward is a skill children will use there entire lives and help maintain good posture and core stability and strength.
