There was a time when I would scroll through social media…
and silently compare my life with others.

Someone lost weight…
Someone looked confident, glowing…
Someone spoke so powerfully that people were attracted to them instantly…

And I would sit there thinking—
“Why can’t I be like her?”

Slowly… this turned into guilt.
Into self-blame.
Into stress.

I started believing—
maybe I’m not good enough…
maybe my body is the problem…

And that’s where everything started going wrong…

My health got worse.
My stress increased.
My PMS became unbearable.
I felt irritated… low… disconnected from myself.

But then… something shifted 🌿

When I entered the health coaching space,
I realized a truth that changed everything—

👉 This is not a competition.
👉 Every woman is unique.
👉 Every body has its own story.

Your hormones are different.
Your struggles are different.
