Medicine isn’t a solo journey.
A 70 year old patient, a difficult course, and a diagnosis that needed patience more than certainty. Managed, reassessed, and through it all, there were constant discussions with a colleague and a friend miles away.
We planned, questioned, and refined together.
When it mattered most, care extended beyond walls and cities, and the patient was shifted under her care so they could heal closer to home, with comfort and continuity.
Almost 2 months later, the ulcer healed.
But what stayed with me was something deeper, the quiet strength of collaboration, the honesty to seek another perspective, and the kind of friendships that show up every single time.
Because at the end of the day, we are not just doctors, we are humans doing our best for the people who trust us.
Grateful for colleagues who have your back, always. 🤍
