**About Mr. Surinder Kr. Bhattia**
Mr. Bhatia brings an illustrious 40-year automotive and automotive components career, having held pivotal roles at esteemed companies like Fiem, Lumax, and Minda. His expertise covers critical operational and strategic domains, ensuring comprehensive leadership and innovative solutions. Mr. Bhatia has a proven track record in factory turnarounds and operational excellence, transforming underperforming plants into efficient production hubs.
His leadership in SAP S4 Hana implementations across multiple units has significantly enhanced enterprise resource planning and operational efficiency. Mr. Bhattia's proficiency in costing, negotiations, and materials management and his cultivation of strong customer and supplier relationships drive mutual growth and collaboration.
Committed to compliance with ISO/TS 16949:9001 standards, lean manufacturing, and VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering), Mr. Bhatia ensures adherence to international quality management standards and optimizing production processes. His vast experience in materials, marketing, operations, and global marketing, combined with his mechanical engineering experience from Pusa Polytechnic, Delhi, makes him an invaluable asset to JSG Group. We are confident that Mr Bhattia will play a pivotal role.
