Vani is an Online Nutrition Consultant, Dietitian and Practicing Healer. She helps people achieve their transformations by personally monitoring their diet, physical activity, lifestyle and sleep.

She makes sure that getting in shape for her clients is a pleasurable process all along the way as she works side-by-side with them to make sure that they achieve their goals.

She has had clients from various parts of India and abroad too from past few years. She helps people transform. She provides plans based on weight gain, weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid, PCOS/PCOD, Hormonal Imbalance or any other medical issue you might have. Vani is an English graduate from Miranda House (Delhi University), double graduate in B.Sc, Home Science from Lady Irwin College (Delhi University) and a Diploma in Nutrition and health Education from (IGNOU). Her transformation plans focus on your overall change for better. She will monitor your Diet, physical activity, lifestyle, sleep. Apart from this Vani will help you heal any sort of emotional or mental issue thatโ€™s affecting your health.
