Respected Sir,

We, the undersigned landlords from Jammu & Kashmir, wish to bring to your kind attention a matter of serious concern regarding the prolonged and unexplained delay in the renewal of agreements for tower installations on our properties.

It has been more than a year since many of these agreements expired, yet no concrete steps have been taken by the concerned authorities to process their renewal. Despite repeated follow-ups with the offices of the General Manager (GM) BSNL and Chief General Manager (CGM) BSNL, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution.

This delay has caused significant financial hardship and uncertainty for the landlords, many of whom depend on the rental income from these installations. The lack of communication and inaction from BSNL authorities has further aggravated our difficulties.

We respectfully request your intervention in this matter to:

Direct the concerned BSNL authorities to expedite the renewal process without further delay.

Ensure timely clearance of any pending dues.

Establish a transparent and accountable mechanism for handling such agreements in the future.

We hope that under your esteemed leadership, this issue will be addressed promptly, providing relief to all affected stakeholders.
