I've seen people eat one chapati a day and still not getting Results.
If you wont give fuel to your Car, how will it work?

Paryushan is a 8 days festive for Jains.
In these 8 days they either fast or do chovyar I.e not eat post 7pm.
In these 8 days as they are restricted to have fruits and vegetables, they only eat grains and pulses.

So what are some points you have to consider while following Paryushan :

-Add fiber in your diet coming from grain and whole grains, as vegetables are restricted.
-Have pulses like Chole and Rajma in the first half of the day, as it can cause gas and bloating if consumed in the second half.
- Have a combination of dals and grains like oat, daliya or rice. This would be easily digested and give you complete protein.
-Avoid adding too many spices to your meals as it may cause gas.
-Have 1-2 glasses of buttermilk to keep you hydrated.
- Have 1/2 bowl of curds as this will act as probiotic.
-As there are no fruits and vegetable in the diet, have 10-12glasses of water, so that you donโ€™t face constipation.
