So many people's are Trying lose weight bt don't get the best Results, here i add some Tips for permanent fat lose. If you follow these tips nd Change your lifestyle nd Then you get Permanent fat lose in Healthy way.

1 ) Include Protein into your diet in daily besis. 💪✅

Our muscles need protein every day to function properly.
If you don't take Protein then you lose your muscles mass nd increase fat. Nd if you eat proper protein in daily besis you can increase or maintain muscle mass.

2 ) Take proper water intake according to your weight.🫧✅

Bcz Our body excretes 1-1.5 lit of water daily, nd if you don't drink water then our body pulls water from our muscles and so you are more likely to get muscle pain, back pain, knee pain after a long time.

3 ) Include vegetable & fruits in to your diet.🌮🥗🥑🥝🫒🍒✅

Fruits & vegetable are rich source of fiber, vitamins, minerals nd antioxidants. 🌿

4 ) Control Your calories, portion control is most Important for fat lose.💁✅

5 ) do little exercise Atleast 30 min per day.🚵🏃🤸🏋️⛹️✅

સ્ટોરેજ અને ફ્રોઝન કરેલી વસ્તુ કેમ ખાવું ના જોઈએ.? 🤔👇

- ગમે તે ખાવાની વસ્તુને આપણે સ્ટોર કરીએ છીએ અથવા તો બહાર થી ફ્રોઝન કરેલી ખાવાની વસ્તુને લાવી એ છીએ તો તેમાં રહેલા પોષકતત્ત્વોનો ધીમે - ધીમે નાશ પામે છે અને ઘણા બધા વિટામિન એવા છે કે જે હવા & પાણીના સંપર્ક માં આવવાથી, ગેસ પર ગરમ કરવાથી નાશ પામે છે. ઉપરાંત અત્યારે બજાર માં પાક વધુ થાય અથવા જીવજંતુથી પાક ને બચાવા માટે દવાઓ, કેમિકલ નો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે, જો તે દવાઓ થી જીવજંતુનો નાશ થાય છે તો વિચારો કે તે આપણા શરીરને કેટલું નુકશાન કરે...🤔

- આપણે આપણી ભાવતી વસ્તુનો જ સ્ટોર કરીએ છીએ કે જેથી આપને જ્યારે પણ ખાવાની ઈચ્છા થાય ત્યારે ખાઈ શકીએ પરંતુ આજ વસ્તુની મજા આપને થોડી વાર માટે ઘણી સારી લાગે છે અને પછી તે જ ઘણું નુકશાન કરે છે આપણા શરીરને....

- ઘણી વાર લાંબા સમય સુધી ખોરાક પડ્યો રહે તો તેમાં રોગ ઉત્પન્ન કરતાં જીવાણુ પણ ધીરે ધીરે બનવા લાગે છે, અને ઘણી વાર આવું જ ખાવા પીવાથી લોકો ને મોટી બીમારીઓનો પણ સામનો કરવો પડે છે.
