*_*Happiness and work satisfaction at its best.._**
Yesterday operated two most difficult and challenging case...
1 ) A patient came with BOH ( bad obstetric history ) and previous three laparotomy..
One dermoid cyst removal and two cesarian section both were fullterm IUD..
At present she was having multiple uterine fibroid (10 to be precise)..
Today mayomectomy done and all 10 fibroid removed.. discharging the patient with happiness and hope ...
2 )patient having 8.5 month pregnancy and she was very scared due to previous 3 lscs..
Did cesarian section with TL with all safety measures and delivered healthy 2.8 kg child safely without any maternal or fetal complications..( patient came from long way Karnataka especially for cesarian section on her relative's recommendation for our hospital)..
Thanks to both patients for keeping faith in us...

અમારી હોસ્પિટલ માં આજ થી છ મહિના પેલા દર્દી નું ટાંકા વાળુ કુટુંબ નિયોજન નું ઓપરેશન સફળતાપૂર્વક ખોલી આપવામાં આવેલ..
દર્દી નો બાબો અઢી વર્ષની ઉંમરે એક એક્સિડન્ટ માં મૃત્યુ પામતા અને દર્દી એ ટાંકા વાળુ કુટુંબ નિયોજન નું ઓપરેશન કરાવેલુ હોય બીજી હોસ્પિટલ પર થી ટેસ્ટ ટ્યુબ બેબી માટે સલાહ આપી હતી. પણ ટેસ્ટ ટ્યુબ બેબી ની ખર્ચાળ સારવાર ના પૈસા ન હોય હતાશ પરિવાર સલાહ માટે અમારી હોસ્પિટલ પર આવ્યો અને ડો. અભિક પટેલ ની સલાહ મુજબ ટાંકા વાળુ ઓપરેશન પણ ખોલી શકાય એવી માહિતી આપતા દર્દી ઓપરેશન માટે તૈયાર થયું અને ટેસ્ટ ટ્યુબ બેબી કરતા ચોથા ભાગના ખર્ચ માં ઓપરેશન સફળતાપૂર્વક કરી આપવામાં આવ્યું...

"દૂરબીન થી ગર્ભાશય ના પડદા ની સારવાર"
આજે ક્રિષ્ના હોસ્પિટલ માં દર્દી ને વારંવાર થતી કસુવાવડ માટે ગર્ભાશય મી રહેલ પડદા નું નિદાન અને દૂરબીન થી સારવાર કરવામાં આવી..
ગર્ભાશય માં પડદો ( septate uterus ) રેર કેસ માં જોવા મળતી અને ટેક્નોલોજી ના ઉપયોગથી ખૂબ સરળતા સારવાર થઈ શકે તેવી ગર્ભાશય ની ખામી છે.. જો દૂરબીન થી યોગ્ય સારવાર કરવામાં આવેતો દર્દી ને ૬-૮ કલાક માં જ રજા આપી શકાય અને કાપકૂપ ની જરૂર પણ નથી રહેતી..
