🙍શું મારા બાળકને પહેલા વરસાદમાં નવડાવવું જોઈએ ?⛈🌧

🔷નાના બાળક માટે (6 મહિના કરતા નાનું)
બિલ્કુલ નહીં. આ ઉંમરે તેમના ઇમ્યુન સિસ્ટમ (રોગ પ્રતિરોધક શક્તિ) વધુ નાજુક હોય છે. પહેલા વરસાદમાં પાણીમાં બેક્ટેરિયા અને વાયરસ હોય શકે છે, જે તેમને તાવ કે ચેપનો ખતરો ઊભો કરી શકે છે.

🔷1 વર્ષથી વધુ ઉંમરના બાળકને વરસાદમાં નવડાવી શકાય છે, જો તે તંદુરસ્ત હોય.
1 વર્ષથી વધુ ઉંમરના બાળકને વરસાદમાં નવડાવી શકાય પણ થોડાક જ મિનિટ માટે, અને પછી તુરંત સૂકા કપડા પહેરાવવો અને ગરમ પાણીથી સ્નાન કરાવવું જરૂરી છે. પહેલા વરસાદમાં નહીં મુકવો, કારણ કે એમાં ધૂળ, કેમિકલ અને ગંદકી હોય શકે છે.🌧⛈
