Mental health is just as important as physical health: Taking care of our mental health is essential to our overall well-being. Just like we need to exercise and eat well to maintain physical health, we need to take care of our mental health by practicing self-care, seeking support when needed, and managing stress.
Small steps can make a big difference: Taking small steps towards better mental health can make a big difference. This could be as simple as practicing mindfulness, getting enough sleep, or taking a break when feeling overwhelmed. Remember, taking care of our mental health is a journey, and it's okay to take it one step at a time.

I am truly humbled and honored to be recognized for my contributions towards teaching Yoga in various schools & institutions on World yoga day 2022 by ASIA BOOK OF RECORDS. This certificate is not just a recognition of my hard work but also a motivation for me to continue to strive for excellence in my field. This in turn helps us balancing life . You learn prioritizing and managing your time and energy effectively to meet the demands of work, family, relationships, and personal interests. I have always been a very logical person & can connect with things only when I know the science behind it.
I always had questions throughout my young age for the things I had to follow blindly, answers of which I now figure out in my mid 40’s.

My WHY have lead me to insights (relevant to me) which are a proven science since thousands of years but effective even today, many of which I did not get to learn in my young age.
