अदालत अब भाई मुन्नी बाई कि कोठा हो गया है -उदहारण - जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा ,जस्टिस पादरीवाला -जजमेंट -महामहिम को आदेश देना ,जले नोट कांड ,वर्तमान में वक़्फ़ बिल पर अंतरिम आदेश ,विथाउट पेन्ट्रेशन नो रेफ।
हिन्दू जब सुप्रीम अदालत में जाती है तो कहा जाता है आप पहले हाई कोर्ट जाये पर यदि किसी खास समुदाय ,आतंकवादी ,कुछ दलाल उनके पास जाता है तो रात में भी मुन्नी बाई का कोठा खुल जाता है कितना हास्यास्पद है।
तमिलनाडु के केस में तो लगा मुन्नी को कुछ जायदा दिया गया तभी तो एम्पलई एम्प्लॉयर को आदेश देता है।
5 करोड़ से जायदा केस पेंडिंग है पर मुन्नी को इसका कर्त्तव्य बोध भी नहीं है।
कैसे कोई कोर्ट महामहिम को आदेश दे सकता जबकि महामहिम देश का कस्टोडियन होता है। वक्त आ गया है सरकार को इसकी समीक्ष करनी चाहिए। जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा के केस में अभी तक एफ आई आर भी अभी तक नहीं हुआ है।
सरकार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की हाई कोर्ट की सफाई करनी होगी ,सर्कार के पास जनता का मैंडेट है।
