My dear friend,
Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented, all-consuming global health crisis. The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting our families, businesses, communities, and our way of life. During this time, I would like to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Bliss Gardens. Please know that we have taken proactive steps to protect our staff and partners and the communities where we live and work.
Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We are truly inspired by the great contribution of healthcare workers around the globe who are on the frontline working tirelessly risking their lives, while helping to save the life of others.
Against the backdrop of the pandemic, at EISS/ Bliss Gardens, health and safety of our employees, partners, and the communities in which we work is our number one priority.
We follow all official recommendations and hence majority of our employees in India, Kerala & Dubai are working from home. Our gardeners are held up at different locations and are unable to travel due to the lock down/curfew imposed. The nature of our business being exterior activity oriented, landscape contracting and designing, this shift has placed us in a very challenging situation. We understand that this would bring inconvenience to many of our clients. We want to reassure you that we are working hard to ensure minimal disruption.
Our team has been very observant about the matter and have made all necessary coordination to start our activities immediately once the curfew is lifted. We are committed to delivering the highest levels of performance for the well-being of our customers.
During this time, we will continue to pay our employees, gardeners and the entire crew who are an important part of our family. We are also asking our teams to work with the customers through digital channels as much as possible. We are available for you from Monday to Saturday between 1000 – 1700 hours IST & UAE.
