Endometrial polyps, very common cause of intermenstrual bleeding and sometimes infertility.
Can be very well diagnosed on transvaginal ultrasound, 3D pelvis demonstrates it better.

34 yr old female came with history of intermittent PV Bleeding, pelvic pain, h/o conception 5 months ago followed by bleeding (perceived as miscarriage), no scan done before. Ultrasound showed eccentrically placed gestational sac with very thin overlying myometrium, concerning for interstitial ectopic pregnancy, which was confirmed post operatively.

35 yr old male, with liver abscess came for pigtailing. Ultrasound showed seg V, VI liquefied liver abscess of volume approx 260cc, pigtailed and drained by Dr.Jagir Yeshwante at SIC. Post procedural Ultrasound showed 9cc residual component.

31 year old, trying to conceive since 5 years, came for HSG, with regular menstrual cycles, no co-morbidities. Pre - procedure ultrasound showed slightly smaller uterus, apprared retroverted. 3D was not done. HSG showed unicornuate uterus, which is difficult to diagnose on ultrasound.

69y/F with h/o CA stomach, post GJstomy, came for ultrasound in view of abdominal pain, which showed few infrahepatic hypoechoic nodules. On CECT, peripherally enhancing nodules were seen, suspicious of metastasis. USG guided biopsy was done at SIC, showed moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma.
