I'm Kavita Parkar Kambli, a passionate yog instructor dedicated to helping you find balance and inner peace. Also, I was down with back-problems.

Specializing in corporate yog, personal training, and community classes, I bring a holistic approach to your practice. I am happy to conduct “Yoga” classes to many aspirants including Corporate Employees, members of various Housing Societies in my neighborhood and ordinary people living around me. “Happiness Yoga by Kavita Parkar" is the culmination of pure chance, sheer hard work and the positive result of regular Yogic Exercises. During my school and college days, I was very shy with lack of confidence and a confused mind. I had to undergo various medical treatments for back. Interest in trekking could not take off to anywhere due to above conditions. Then came a suggestion, that I should join some class to learn Yoga which can help if not cure. Then I did joined Yoga in the year 2011. That changed my life. The effect of Yoga was very far reaching. I then decided that it would be better of to abandon my 9-years long career and personal interests, to become a full time student and learner of Yoga including Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, undergoing Meditation and other various Breathing Exericises. Yoga not only assist you to physical improvement but also nourish your mind and spirit. I did my Masters in Philosophy (Yoga) from Mumbai University. Also, I went to Kerala, Sivananda Ashram for Internationally Acclaimed (Teachers Training) 'Yoga Siromani' course and did Advance Teachers Training Power Yoga course from 'CAFPY' Chitranjan's Academy of Fitness and Power Yoga. It’s named after the Hindu warrior, Virabhadra, an incarnation of the god Shiva. Virabhadra was a tall, dark, and fierce deity, depicted with a thousand arms, flaming hair and eyes, and wearing a garland of skulls. BENIFITS : A powerful stretch for the legs, groins, and chest, Virabhadrasana II also increases stamina. It helps to relieve backaches, and stimulates healthy digestion.
This is a deep hip-opening pose that strengthens the muscles in the thighs and buttocks. It tones the abdomen, ankles, and arches of the feet. This pose also opens the chest and shoulders, improving breathing capacity and increasing circulation throughout the body. It is also known to be therapeutic for flat feet, sciatica, infertility, and osteoporosis.
More than just a physical posture, Warrior II increases your ability to concentrate. As you hone your gaze, you direct your mind clearly and with intention. Distractions disappear and your energy becomes powerful and focused.

🙏Forward bends allow you to become more understanding n flexible to people n situations.
🙏Backward bends give you strength n courage to face n overcome the setbacks in life,
🙏Twisting releases all fears n inhibitions that stop you from moving forward,
🙏Pranayama gives you the inner mental stamina to give your best effort in personal n professional life,
🙏Daily dhyana n meditation develops intuition so that you can feel inner voice n choose on what can lead you towards joy n happiness.
🙏All these life changes happen during your asana practice.
