Til Gud Laddoo is a traditional Indian sweet dish made with sesame seeds and jaggery. Here's a simple recipe:

✅ Ingredients:

- 1 cup sesame seeds (til)
- 1/2 cup jaggery (gud)
- 1/4 cup ghee or oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)

✅ Method:

1. Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan until they are lightly browned and fragrant.

2. Grind the roasted sesame seeds into a coarse powder.

3. Melt the jaggery in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly.

4. Add the ghee or oil, cardamom powder, and salt to the melted jaggery and mix well.

5. Add the ground sesame seeds to the jaggery mixture and stir until everything is well combined.

6. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

7. Shape the mixture into small laddoos or balls.

8. If desired, roll the laddoos in chopped nuts for extra texture and flavor.

9. Serve the Til Gud Laddoos warm or at room temperature.
