40yrs Young female with chronic arthritis hip and short neck.
Dual mobility hip replacement was done in our hospital .

42 male patient labourer by occupation, had severe backache , rt thigh and leg radiating pain on standing and walking for 2months. Diagnosed to have a central disc bulge at L5S1 level.

He underwent Endoscopic discectomy and decompression(TRANS ILIAC TRANS FORAMINAL ENDOSCOPY ). The whole procedure was done under Local anesthesia + conscious sedation in arround 50 min.

The video shows the disc fragment was removed duri surgery.
