The event was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Yuvabharathi, with RDO Mr. Ravi and Mrs. Thillainayagi honouring the occasion with their presence.

Students from all participating institutions delivered powerful and inspiring speeches that celebrated the richness of Tamil language and culture.

The camp aimed at improving rural healthcare access and delivered: Specialist consultations | Health screenings | Women’s health support | Eye check-ups | Free distribution of essential medicines

Residents across all age groups, women, children and the elderly, actively benefited and expressed strong appreciation for the initiative.

The scientific sessions covered:
• Approach to Pediatric Pulmonology & Childhood Pneumonia – Dr. J. Sarath Balaji
• Pneumonia in Adults – Dr. Pramodh Kumar
The CME successfully enhanced awareness and strengthened clinical understanding of pneumonia across all age groups.

Vels Medical College & Hospital conducted a Free Echo and General Medicine Camp at Poondi, Thiruvallur District.
