Eating vegetarian food is closer to nature. Vegetarians live longer than the nonvegetarians if the other factors remain constant.

A few simple tips for your health:
1. Drink 1 litre water when you wake up in the morning daily. You may do it in one or more gulps.
2. Laugh everyday at least for a few minutes.
3. Add fruits, vegetables & other fibre rich diet to your meals.
4. Reduce your anger, as it is an art to express your anger properly otherwise anger is always a double edged sword.
5. Exercise daily for 15-45 minutes.
6. Sleep for 8 hours
7. Eat minimum quantity of sugar, salt & fats
8. Smoking or ni****ne is dangerous to your health in any smallest quantity.
9. Keep yourself busy in anything always but spare some moments daily in peaceful state to talk to your innerself!
10. Take vacations from your work at regular intervals, as suitable to you.

Dependency for vaccines on private centers:
Nowadays many vaccines are being supplied in government hospitals, dispensaries & primary health centres, to be administered to alll the children free of cost. These include:
BCG
POLIO
DPT, HIB & HEPATITIS-B (combination)
Rota virus
Measles

Many people develop a sense that after administration of these vaccines to their kids, their duty is finished because the vaccination card given to them in govt hospitals mentions these vaccines only.

But one must not forget that there are some more important vaccines that are necessarily needed by the kids but are not available in govt set ups.
These vaccines are to be administered at private centres at their own cost. They include:
MMR
CHICKENPOX
PNEUMOCOCCAL
HEPATITIS-A
TYPHOID
CERVICAL CANCER VACCINE (girls only)

All the kids must be given both the sets of vaccines for the complete protection.
