Music can reduce sympathetic nervous system activity, decrease anxiety, blood pressure, heart and respiratory rate and may have positive effects on sleep via muscle relaxation and distraction from thoughts.

💫When designing a playlist, one factor to consider is the tempo. The tempo, or speed, at which music is played is often measured in the amount of beats per minute (BPM). Most studies have selected music that is around 60-80 BPM. Because normal resting heart rates range from 60 to 100 BPM
, it’s often hypothesized that the body may sync up with slower music.

Ashwagandha : Consuming 1/4-1/2 teaspoons of Ashwagandha powder with a cup of warm milk before bed is advisable. You can consume it with water as well.

Cashew: Try this drink for better sleep at night
Soak 3-4 cashews in water.Then, take them out of it and crush them. Add some milk & kesar consume warm.

Roasted Gond: You can drink roasted Gond with milk to get rid of headaches, for an immunity boost, and improve gut health. But in case If you cannot sleep at night, try drinking Gond with some warm milk at night. This helps your body relax, and you can sleep peacefully.

Poppy seeds: Soak the poppy seeds in warm water for 15 minutes.
Now drain the seeds and add them to a pan along with milk. Once it comes to a boil, switch off the flame and pour it into a glass.
Add jaggery, a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg powder and mix well.
Drink while it is warm for maximum benefits.

Start with a low dose of the herb and increase gradually over time to give your body a chance to adjust. You should also talk to your doctor before taking any of them, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking any medications.

Just the way she has done weight loss 15 kgs in 7 months 16 years old suffering from PCOS and almost suffering from every symptoms of it and her one decision to make lifestyle changes almost changed her life... This what she have to say!!
