This painting of a young woman breastfeeding an old man in a prison cell was sold for Euros 30 million. The painting may look perverse but the story behind is from historical records.

The poor man was sentenced to "death by starvation" for stealing a loaf of bread during the reign of Louis XIV in France. The woman was his only daughter and the only visitor to his cell. She was allowed to visit him daily but was frisked thoroughly such that no food was taken in.

When after 4 months the man still survived with no weight loss, the authorities were perplexed and started spying on her in the cell and to their utter astonishment found her to breastfeed her father to the fullest sharing her baby's milk.

The judges then realizing the compassion and love of the woman for her father, pardoned the father and set him free.

This piece of history brings into focus how deep is a woman's compassion in our daily lives that men often tend to overlook.

And how cruel and unfair life was a few hundred years. We tend to take the good things we have today for granted.

*X isn't an activity but a therapy.

Sacred Energy eXchange (S.E.X) is continuity of energy from one person to another, making them one, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically. S*xual energy is life force energy of creation. When you exchange this energy with a partner, by natural laws, it is intention of creating or giving birth to β€˜life’ with your partner.

When you get a s*xual high with somebody, it is actually your life force s*xual energy rising up your spinal chord..moving through all the energy chakras of the body and connecting with the other, passing through all the energy chakras of the other person, coming back to you. Likewise, you allow your partner’s life force s*xual energy to enter you and move through all your chakras and pass it back to them. Chakras are your energy centres, mapped across your endocrine system, generating hormones which runs your entire system. As this energy gets exchanged between two people, all imprints sitting in these chakras also get exchanged.

When two people who decide to be together as partners and share a life come together in s*xual intimacy, this activity is sacred. As it is continuity of spiritual intention, emotional state, mental state and physical state towards each other.

You can choose to have s*xual intimacy only for fun or to fulfil urge inside you however, you will carry back imprints of some other person’s life in you but since there will be no continuity at other levels, as you got involved only for fun or to satisfy an urge, the life force energy will not be in sync with other elements of your being. Disruption will begin inside.

Now imagine, if you are having multiple partners and multiple exchange of this life force s*xual energy, what karmic imprints are you collecting! What disruption are you creating in your being! And each time you come in intimate contact with a person, you transfer all karmic imprints collected from other partners to this partner.

When you actually decide to create union, a life with a partner, you should practice a period of abstinence (refrain from s*xual activities with anyone, in*******se or outercourse) for sometime to let go all previous s*xual imprints. If your previous s*xual imprints are not cleared by practising abstinence for sometime you will pass on all the imprints to the other person. The life you create together, will have imprints of all your previous partners.

S*xual energy is that powerful!

In therapy whenever somebody comes to me with relationship issues with their partner, I take s*xual history and involvement of a person. And we have actually seen, that partners with whom you share more than one night of physical intimacy, become part of your family system. And if not honoured as part of your life, their energies might start showing in the children who take birth from union with the current partner. As s*xual imprints of other partners got passed on to create life of these children.

Experience of having s*x with multiple partners is also a stage of consciousness we need and should go through, to overcome lust element attached with s*xual energy. Lust keeps the energy only in lower chakras or parts of the body. Although the need for such spiritual journey varies from soul to soul, depending on their previous experiences and learning which the soul needs. S*x with multiple partners also teaches you detachment. Hence, many masters have recommended to have s*x with multiple partners. When you fulfil this lust, you then start asking for more, from experience of this energy with the other. That’s when this energy starts rising to higher chakras or to its higher purpose of creation.

If there is need for s*x with multiple partners, or s*x without commitment or continuity, s*xual addictions, etc there is a deeper reason leading to it which should be explored. Having s*x is not solution to that problem.

A monk decides to meditate alone, away from his monastery. He takes his boat out to the middle of the lake, moors it there, closes his eyes and begins his meditation.

After a few hours of undisturbed silence, he suddenly feels the bump of another boat colliding with his own.

With his eyes still closed, he senses his anger rising, and by the time he opens his eyes, he is ready to scream at the boatman who dared disturb his meditation.

But when he opens his eyes, he sees it’s an empty boat that had probably got untethered and floated to the middle of the lake. At that moment, the monk achieves self-realization, and understands that the anger is within him; it merely needs the bump of an external object to provoke it out of him.

From then on, whenever he comes across someone who irritates him or provokes him to anger, he reminds himself, β€œThe other person is merely an empty boat. The anger is within me.”

Time for introspection & search for answers within.

MEN HAVE PAINS TOO

A woman said to me, 'It took me years to really know that men cry too. I took my husband for a super human. I see him leave the house everyday and come back providing for us. One day as I have left the house and he was at home, I remembered that I needed to take something along, I turned back and headed home. As I got home, I tried going through the back door which was closer to the window of our room. I heard my husband crying like a baby asking God to help me get a job so I can help him fend for the family. He has never complained to me before but that day, I broke down in tears realizing that my husband has held much of his pains alone"

A young married lady went to her mother and complained that her husband has not always bought things she wanted from him. The mother asked her, 'How many of those things have you bought for yourself?". She stayed quiet and said, 'But he is my husband?". The mother replied her, 'Have you ever found out the things your husband wants you to buy for him?".

Men always try to hide their pains.

Men can be financially broke and pretend to have everything.

Most men are married but they have lonely life. Sometimes, ask your husband out. Men are not always busy as women think.

You have to understand that your husband has pains and needs too. Don't judge him by things you want from him. Sometimes, your husband doesn't have things you want.

Men also have emotional needs and problems. Men still cry for love...
