We are seeing a lot of increase in number of Corona positive Cases in children , It is my humble request to all parents don’t allow children to go to parks and public places for next few weeks.
I have been seeing many cases where children are getting symptoms and after few days parents are getting symptoms and getting Covid positive, this is not good for community.

Vaccination Query
Many Parents are worried about vaccination schedule during lockdown. For the New Parents the Primary doses of Pentavalent which is usually given on 6 week(1.5months),10 weeks(2.5months)and 14 weeks(3.5months) needs to be completed before 6 months of age. Minimum gap between 2 doses is 4 weeks.No need of Extra dose if vaccination is delayed by 4 weeks, So no need to panic one can wait for the lockdown to open
However Rotavirus vaccine schedule needs to be completed before 5 months of age
For Rest of vaccines catch up schedule can be followed after lockdown

I got many messages from parents of my patients to take care of myself and they have boosted me to work for community with messages that healthcare workers are working at highest risk. Thanks to all .
