Hello folks, wondering how to boost your immunity against Covid-19. Some studies have proven that the virus attacks people with low immunity. There are a few simple food and lifestyle changes to boost your immunity.

Food

The food you eat determines the immune strength. It is very important to consume a complete and balanced diet to get all the nutrients to improve your immunity.

Water

Water is one of the key sources of strength for the immune system. An average human requires about 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Sleep

The human body requires an average of 7-8 hours of good sleep, your body repairs and renews cells during sleep, without which the immune system doesn't get time to rebuild.

Exercise

Physical activity is a must to keep your body fit and active. Exercising confers several additional benefits not only to the body but also to the immune system, it helps remove unwanted particles and toxins from the body.

Stress

When we are stressed, the immune system's ability to fight off antigens is reduced. That is why you will be more susceptible to infections.

Sunlight

Sun plays an important role in the emergence and transmission of viruses, and then, there is a recorded evidence that low levels of Vitamin D are associated with conditions that are the result of tepid immune response to infection.
