🧑‍🍳 Quick Homemade Butter Recipe 🧑‍🍳
Melt the Ghee: Place 1 cup of ghee in a bowl inside a larger bowl with hot water (not on the stove). 🥣 Melt for 2-3 minutes.

Mix Ingredients: Transfer melted ghee to a clean bowl. Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of turmeric, and fruit salt/baking soda. 🧂✨ Stir well.

Solidify:Add 6-7 ice cubes and stir until the ghee solidifies into butter. ❄️➡️🧈
