It gives me immense pleasure to announce the publication of my first book - 'PLAN YOUR DIET LIKE AN EXPERT. There are many people on my social handle who used to text me on how they can reduce their weight or maintain a healthy weight, and thereby my family and friends have encouraged me to write a book on my weight loss journey. And there on, I decided I should not only write a book on weight loss but the process it takes to a holistic fitness of a body. With this book, I aim to make my readers so much capable that they can not only take care of themselves but also of their families. This book is for everyone who wants to see themselves and their family members fit and healthy. This book is also for those who are juggling with their confidence just because of overweight and underweight issues. There are so many books written on healthy eating, the importance of losing weight, balanced diets, readymade diets or specialized diets, but I have hardly seen any book that make you learn planning your own diet. This book is my attempt to present the complex and vast subject called “Diet planning” in an easy-to-understand and enjoyable way so that anyone from any background can grasp the knowledge without any difficulties.
