In our fast-paced lives, we often chase the next moment, forgetting the only one that truly exists — now. Yoga brings us back to this present, to our breath, our body, and our being. It reminds us that peace isn’t found in the past or future, but in this very breath. All we have is now — let’s honour it, feel it, and live it fully, both on and off the mat.
