1. Satya (Truthfulness): One of the Yamas (ethical guidelines) in yoga, Satya emphasizes the importance of truthfulness. Speaking the truth fosters clarity and honesty in our relationships and interactions.

2. Ahimsa (Non-violence): Another Yama, Ahimsa, advocates for non-violence and compassion in thought, word, and deed. Kindness in speech prevents harm and promotes peace.

1. Physical Strength and Flexibility: Regular practice improves muscle tone, strength, and flexibility, which can make you feel more capable and energetic.
2. Mental Clarity and Focus: Techniques like meditation and breath control can enhance concentration and mental clarity.
3. Stress Reduction: Yoga promotes relaxation and helps reduce stress and anxiety, contributing to a sense of calm and well-being.
4. Improved Health: Regular practice can boost your immune system, improve cardiovascular health, and help manage chronic conditions.
5. Emotional Balance: Yoga encourages mindfulness and self-awareness, which can lead to better emotional regulation and resilience.

What a great oppurtunity of conducting the 3 day session at Landmark Group to celebrate International Yoga day.

The focus was on:
1. Basic routine to follow everyday
2. Desktop yoga
3. Face Yoga
4. Asanas, Pranayamas,Mudras and meditation to reduce stress, anxiety, shoulder & back pain and manage weight.
5. Minor changes with respect to habits in everyday life for a greater impact.
