Here's how to perform:

Nadi Shodhan Pranayama:

1. Sit comfortably.
2. Use your right hand's thumb to close your right nostril.
3. Inhale slowly through your left nostril.
4. Close your left nostril with your ring finger.
5. Exhale through your right nostril.
6. Continue the cycle by inhaling through the right and exhaling through the left.

Adham Pranayama:

1. Sit or lie down comfortably.
2. Place one hand on your abdomen.
3. Inhale slowly through your nose, feeling your abdomen rise.
4. Exhale slowly, letting your abdomen fall.
5. Maintain a smooth, deep breath.

When I look back at the day I had my 1st yoga class…

Could have never thought that I will achieve so much control over my body and mind….

This is not just a complex posture but it shows that hardwork, that dedication towards practice to achieve this level of stability.

If you believe you can do it …you will definitely do it one day…. Just don’t give up ☺️🙏…this is not just a motivational phrase but a life lesson that I have learnt in my journey.

I always recommend to use something that is Eco-friendly.

Don’t clean your body by making the environment dirty.

Use mats that are made of natural materials and not plastic.

I personally use mats made of natural products that are healthy for your body and environment both.
The mat that I use is made up of cork and natural rubber and trust me it’s an amazing mat to use…

You feel more connected to the earth which is am important factor in your practice.
