Being a medical student is not an easy feat and oftentimes, students can feel like they're constantly juggling between classes, exams, and deadlines all while trying to maintain their own mental health.
It's important to remember to be flexible during these times and that it's okay to take a break every now and then (but don't overdo it!).
Here are some tips for maintaining good moods while studying hard:
🔥 Take some time for yourself every day to do something enjoyable, like watching TV or listening to music.
🔥 Get outside and spend time in nature. Even if it's cold outside, the fresh air will do you good and relax you after being cooped up indoors.
🔥 Make sure you're eating healthy meals and staying hydrated throughout the day
🔥 Get enough sleep at night so you're not tired during the day.
🔥Take some time to exercise and get your body moving.
🔥 Avoid stressors as much as possible and try to stay positive.
🔥 Talk to someone about how you're feeling if you're struggling.
