🌍 A Global Honour for India 🇮🇳 | WHF Heart Hero

It’s a moment of immense pride for all of us at Heart Health India Foundation (HHIF).
Our Founder, Mr. Ram Khandelwal, has been recognized by the World Heart Federation (WHF) as a Heart Hero — a distinction bestowed upon only a select few individuals across the globe.

This honour celebrates a global community of caregivers, cardiologists, patients, and family members — everyday heroes who are battling, treating, and beating heart disease while inspiring hope for millions.

From India, Mr. Ram becomes the first patient advocate with lived experience to receive this recognition — marking a historic moment that places India on the global map of cardiovascular patient advocacy.

Everyone at HHIF and our heart patient community is incredibly proud that CVD patient voices are now being recognised at every stage of care — and that our work continues to strengthen the global movement where patient voices shape patient outcomes.

Cholesterol Awareness Program ❤️

On 16th October, Heart Health India Foundation organized an insightful Cholesterol Awareness Program at KLE’s Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Belagavi, spreading the message of heart health and mindful living.
