They are family head # some one's role models # some family's bread winner # and many more roles

Cancer diagnosis impacts mental health
Fear of mortality for family.
Stress weakens immune system # unhealthy behavior like smoking and alcohol consumption increase risk of cancer ..

Someone who is already on cancer treatment also experience cognitive effects , fatigue that affects mental health.

Now Here we have a STEREOTYPE to be broken.."Men are strong and silent and Don't seek emotional support"

NO: There is a need ...

The Need to be heard, a need to address, need to converse and need to have positive environment..

We as Oncologists, play a crucial role in addressing mental health issues that often accompany Cancer Diagnosis.

While we focus on primary treatment ,we also recognize the importance of emotional and psychological support.:"Holistic "

What is the main cause for cancer is a common question #
Definitely there are three factors :

Genetics : which we can't modify

Lifestyle : which we can Definitely modify

And the Global aspect " Environment ": Definitely it's in our hands to save our environment, addressing environmental pollution , reducing exposure to hazardous substances.

Remember promoting a healthy environment is also a step towards reducing Cancer Risk. # save environment # world environment day.. something which we can modify and make the planet a better place to stay for future generations to come..
