3. Weigh Yourself - Studies have found that daily self-weighing may be associated with more weight loss and increased restraint.

4. Get Some Sun - Sun exposure may have an influence on weight. Sunlight can also help you meet your vitamin D needs, which may help increase weight loss and prevent weight gain.

5. Practice Mindfulness - It's found that mindfulness can increase weight loss and promote healthy eating behaviors.

6. Squeeze in Some Exercise - It's found that exercising in the morning may be associated with increased satiety and improved blood sugar control.

Some people experience that they are always hungry or they are always tired. There can be plenty of reasons of this feeling but top most are as follows:

1️⃣Dehydration - Feeling of thirst can easily be mistaken by the feeling of hunger. So, prevent it by staying on top of your fluid intake.

3️⃣Sleep Deprivation - Too little sleep can lead to increased level of appetite and decreased level of feeling of fullness. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep at night.

3️⃣Skipping Meals - When you skip a meal and your stomach is empty for too long, it can produce more hunger hormones and you are prone to binge later on. So, it is always better to eat something after every 3-4 hours.

4️⃣Eating Too Much Simple Carbs - Eating white flour products, pastries, cookies, etc. will spike your blood sugar levels and consequently it causes intense hunger. Surprisingly, the more you eat the more you feel tired. So, replace them with complex carbs.

5️⃣Stress - If you are under stress, your system produces more stress hormones and these elevated hormones can make you more hungry. So, get regular with your yoga or meditation class.

6️⃣Obsessed With Food Programs - Looking at the attractive picture of food or pleasant food aromas can stimulate hunger pangs. So, limit your exposure to T.V. commercials and unfollowing food brands on Instagram and Pinterest.

7️⃣Boredom - Sometimes, there is no obvious reason, neither you are stressed nor you are emotional, but still you are eating just out of boredom. So, try to make yourself busy by indulging any activity or any hobby.

8️⃣Medication - There are some medicines which can make you feel hungry all the time. Antidepressants and other medicines such as SSRIs, Steroids, and Diabetes medicines fall into that category. If you have started to gain weight since you started your medication, it is a great hint that the reason behind your hunger is your medication.
There are a lot of reasons which may make you feel hungry all the time, but the only solution is to keep an eye on your diet.

1. You ate more sodium than usual-If you eat more sodium than you're used to, your body will hold onto more water. This doesn't mean you should avoid salt. Salt is an important electrolyte your body needs. This is extremely common when you go out to eat. Usually, restaurants add more salt.

2. You hit a tough workout-Have you ever gained weight after a workout? Or maybe you started gaining weight as soon as you started exercising? If so, that's totally normal. Your body is recovering from micro-tears and stress on your muscles. No need to freak out. Keep crushing those weights.

3. You ate more carbs recently-As you probably know, it's not difficult to eat more carbs. When you eat more carbohydrates, your body holds onto more water weight. Every 1 gram of carbohydrate requires 3-4 grams of water to process and store it. This isn't a cause for concern.

4. Your menstrual cycle-A vast majority of women experience water retention during and before their period. Bloating, gut health issues and hormonal changes can make you hold onto more water weight. The water weight usually settles down after your period.

5. Your digestion might be off-If you are not regular, or your fiber intake has been inconsistent, this can be a reason why you gained weight overnight. Maybe you are backed up and haven't used the restroom yet. Excess waste can make you hold onto more water.

6. Your sleep quality-Your sleep can play a role in water retention. If you have poor sleep, whether it's quality or quantity, you might notice your body weight is higher. This is normal, and it doesn't call for concern. But if your sleep is suffering, water weight shouldn't be your main concern.

7. You weighed in at a different time- If you are not consistent with when you weigh in, that can make it harder to get accurate scale readings. If you weigh yourself in the afternoon, after you've eaten and drank, , that's why you are holding onto more water weight. If you want the most accurate reading, try to stay consistent when you weigh in.
