Cerebral palsy (CP) is a group of permanent disorders that affect movement, muscle tone, and coordination. It’s usually diagnosed in early childhood. CP can cause varying degrees of disability, impacting daily activities and mobility.
Some common symptoms include:
- Muscle stiffness or weakness
- Poor coordination and balance
- Involuntary movements
- Speech and language difficulties
