It is never easy with 2 kids, balancing social media, my clients, home front, cooking and so on.

Yet, at least till now, I haven’t outsourced anything apart from daily chores. I have a handy house help who helps me with vessels, and other tasks.

But when it comes to cooking, and kids, I feel more than privileged to do it myself.

Here’s a glimpse of the efforts that have gone in to just do some minimal decor for Dussehra and today’s lunch cooking for the family.

My heart is full of joy and gratitude as I am able to multitask so much in spite of constant ups and downs with reference to managing a super active 1 year old and a 5 year old young toddler!

Thank you universe! Happy Dussehra to one and all! 🌻🌼🌞

So for postpartum this is what I eat. Read below📩

📍Including 1 leafy veg daily, like palak or red amaranth gives Vit C and Vit K with natural fibre.

📍Dal provides protein.

📍Khapli wheat (emmer wheat) rotis provide complex carbs and low GI option to high GI.

📍Half methi laddoo as a natural galactagogue

📍Salad can be included from week III
