When we need to watch on what we are eating - It is not always that More is Enough

But the Fact is - Less is More

Example -

An extremely hungry person who had
❌No breakfast
❌Nothing in between meals
Will end up eating too much extra in Lunch - So A Breakfast meal & A Fruit in between with inclusion of salad, curd in lunch - This will break the chain of More is Enough To Less is More
