O Lord Dattatreya,
With folded hands and a humbled heart,
I offer my deepest gratitude to You.

For the freedom You revealed,
For the silence You blessed the world with,
For the path of naturalness and truth You opened,
I bow to You again and again.

You, who walk the earth as the sky itself…
Unbound, untouched, unlimited —
Yet pouring compassion on every seeker
Who calls Your name even once.

Thank you for teaching that
The whole world is a Guru,
That every breath can become prayer,
And every moment can become liberation.

I offer You my love,
Not as a devotee separate from God,
But as a spark recognizing the eternal flame.

May Your presence guide my steps,
May Your wisdom light my mind,
May Your grace dissolve every fear.

O Datta,
Dweller of infinity,
Companion of wanderers,
Master of masters —

With all my heart,
I bow to You in gratitude,
In love,
In surrender.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – Bhagavad Gita

Yoga is more than movement—it’s a sacred art of coming home to yourself. Born from the silence of caves and the wisdom of ancient rishis, traditional yoga was a spiritual path to liberation, built on stillness, breath, and inner reflection. In today’s fast-paced world, it has evolved into a holistic practice that meets us where we are—offering calm in chaos, balance in stress, and connection in isolation.

Through its layers—asana (posture), pranayama (breath), dhyana (meditation), and yama-niyama (ethical living)—yoga supports mental clarity, emotional strength, and physical well-being. It reminds us that healing is not a destination but a journey inward. Whether on the mat or in silence, yoga gently holds space for your growth, your stillness, and your becoming. 🌿🧘‍♂️✨

Wishing you all a peaceful and mindful journey within—Happy International Yoga Day!

Sadhguru sees Gautama Buddha as a profound yogi and spiritual scientist who taught self-transformation through inner experience, not belief. He highlights Buddha’s focus on awareness, meditation, and the mastery of suffering. Buddha’s realization of Shunyata (emptiness) represents ultimate freedom beyond ego. Sadhguru honors him as a silent revolutionary who achieved immense transformation through clarity and presence, not miracles.

In yogic lore, Lord Ganesha, also known as Ganapati or Vinayaka, is revered not only as the remover of obstacles but also as a symbol of wisdom, intellect, and spiritual strength. In the yogic tradition, Ganesha represents the gateway to knowledge, often depicted as the deity who guards the threshold of the spiritual journey. His elephant head symbolizes wisdom, memory, and the ability to overcome difficulties with intelligence and awareness.

Ganesha’s association with the root chakra, or Muladhara, is also significant in yogic philosophy. The Muladhara chakra, located at the base of the spine, is the seat of stability, grounding, and the beginning of the spiritual ascent. Ganesha’s connection to this chakra signifies his role in helping practitioners establish a solid foundation for their spiritual practices, making it possible to progress along the yogic path.

In many yogic practices and rituals, invoking Ganesha at the beginning is customary to ensure the successful removal of any obstacles, both internal and external, that may hinder one’s journey towards self-realization.

In the Yogic tradition, the serpent holds special significance for its ability to be still and its extraordinary sense of perception. The sacred serpent is especially significant to those seeking to explore mysticism. The festival of Naga Panchami in India is a celebration of the sacred serpent

If it was not for the Serpent
Adiyogi would be without a
moving ornament. The first
dumb couple would be twiddling
their thumbs, denied even
of their basic physical purpose.
I would not have espied
the ways of the Creation and Creator
Nor would I know when to
shift gears for accelerated and
smooth function of Shiva’s Will.

Shravan is a time when devotees worship Shiva and seek his blessings. It was during Shravan that Shiva drank poison from the ocean to save the world, an act of supreme sacrifice that is deeply revered by his devotees. To honor Shiva’s sacrifice, devotees perform rituals and offer special prayers throughout the month. These rituals may include fasting on Mondays and Saturdays, and fasting on Tuesdays, known as “Mangala Gauri Vrat

*Shravan became associated with spiritual growth, purification, and devotion*
