What you do consistently develops into habit over a period of time, bad or good.
Your unhealthy habits, however insignificant they might seem does affect you slowly . Let it be your hormones, blood flow, organs etc , all of their functions depends on what you do on everyday basis.
Research has shown that what you’ve done before is a strong indicator of what you’ll do next. This means established habits are hard to break. But if you keep at it, your new behaviors will turn into habits too. Persistence works — at first it might be painful to get up at 5 a.m. for that jog, but soon it will be second nature.
So let's change our unhealthy habits to healthier ones and save ourselves from it's negative impact on our well being
