- Participants are required to attend the scheduled sessions consistently throughout the four-week duration of the challenge

- Participants will be assigned different workout tasks each day

- During the weekend, participants are encouraged to take a picture of themselves performing any yoga pose

- As part of the challenge, participants are advised to avoid consuming junk food or food from restaurants.

- Every Monday, participants are required to share a photo of themselves to track their physical transformation throughout the challenge

*Each participant will receive a score or rating based on their adherence to the challenge requirements, At the end of the challenge, the participant with the highest score or rating will be rewarded as recognition for their dedication and progress*

This 4 weeks Fitness challenge program is designed to help to get stronger and healthy
This 4 weeks challenge is NOT a typical weight-loss program. Instead, it's designed to help you establish healthy habits, increase your activity level, and improve your overall health. If you're looking for a way to experience a transformation in this summer, so this 4 week's fitness challenge is the perfect opportunity for you!

Terms and conditions to enter this challenge:-
- It is compulsory to attend sessions regularly
- Daily Photo/Selfie: I know how important it is to track your progress visually, so I include daily check-ins where you have to submit photos to track your body composition changes.
- Everyone has to drink 3 Ltr water everyday
- Take stairs instead of elevators
- Avoid Sugary Drinks
- No Fast Food
- No Alcohol

Join our community of like-minded individuals and let's work together to become stronger, fitter, and healthier.
If you don't want to hold yourself accountable or be held accountable, this isn't the challenge for you.
