In simple words,it is just a way to listen to your own body.Our body speaks to us continuously….biological cues of hunger & fullness,all that we need to do is pay close attention to the messages our body is giving us.
When we honour our body’s way of communicating to us,we can help ourselves to get rid of various health ailments.
A substantial body of research associates a number of health benefits including increased well-being on raising our Body consciousness.
Various gastric ailments,indigestion issues and eating disorders can be resolved through raising our Body Awareness.

An appearance -based culture,has triggered the perception that in order to be healthy one has to be of a certain weight.People are weary of dieting,yet are driven towards fad diets and cleanses.
The pleasure of eating has been stolen.
The definition of Health has been narrowed down to “How much should I be weighing?”;when in the true sense,Health isn,t only about your Physical appearance,but is a culmination of your Mental,Emotional,Spiritual & Social well-being.
There are various genetic factors that cause Obesity,but what puts weight gain into momentum is our Lifestyle choices,Eating habits,Sleep patterns,the quality of thoughts we nurture day in and day out.
