Oh it's for people eating Fats and Protein...

Disclaimer:
This can be addictive as Fats make food very tasty and possibility you'll not feel hungry for next 24hrs.

Super Easy Ghee Paneer Malai dessert

1. Ghee around 1Tbsp
2. Ghar ki malai appx 150 gms
3. Paneer appx 150-200 gms
4. 1 elaichi
5. 1 khajoor (date)

Add all ingredients as in the video, cook until the brown, (it gives a good aroma and a crunchy taste to the dessert)

I love the floating ghee and that it what I really crave to eat...

While all measure the ghee 1 tsp only,
I love eating every tsp till I finish the dessert.

As life has been throwing, and will be throwing in future too....

If is you by overthinking, self analyse with small steps walk on path of change it'll be difficult but only one step at a time...

And if it's about others, oh You can't change people, nobody could!

You feel bad... please let the feeling flow as the emotions affect your health mentally and physically...

cry if you need to, scream, yell just express to the mirror or if alone sit and get over it...

Give yourself time say for example I'm feeling bad and let all the thoughts flow of everything that's related to it from now afternoon to sunset and then I take a shower, wash off the stress, do your mirror work.

Never skip your bedtime gratitude, Because there's always something to be thankful for.

Eggs just have high protein, and digesting protein slightly increases metabolism

That’s normal and happens with many foods.
