how you keep up to your protein?

Here's my plate that has appx 80gms of first class protein, fibre (carbohydrate), fats, probiotics, vegetable.

Complete check on the Macro Nutrition keeping the Carbohydrate low and Protein leading the show.

Makhan (unsalted butter)
Khoya (Mawa/ dried milk you get in dairy)
Nuts Powder (Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts, kaju)
Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
Dalchini (Cinnamon)
Keshar (saffron)
Khajur (dates)



Add Makhan and Mawa to pan
Roast till the separates
Add Keshar
Add nuts powder apart from kaju (cashew)
Roast well
Then add grinded kaju and dates
Mix well

Grease the tray
Pour the mixture, let it cool at room temperate and then keep it in refrigerator to set for an hour
