The 4 pillars of HOW TO LOSE FAT are--

1) DIET AND NUTRITION
- Calorie deficit
- Sufficient protein
- Good fats
- Sufficient fibers and micros

2) TRAINING
- Strength train atleast 4 times a week

3) ACTIVITY/CARDIO
- Do cardio 3-4 times a week
- Stay active throughout the day
- Step count , aim for 8-10 K steps

4) PATIENCE
- You gained all that weight over a long period of time , so don't expect to be lean in 2-3 weeks. Have patience!!!

Our body's weight is the sum of the weight of muscles, water, blood, organs and fat. So weight loss can take place by the loss of any of these, it's not necessarily the loss of fat.

But when we say fat loss , it's the actual loss of fat from the body resulting in-
🔸Reduction in fat percentage of the body,
🔸Leaner physique,
🔸Better body composition,
🔸Body measurements goes down
🔸Better sleep
🔸Ultimately would lead to weight loss as well.

So always aim for fat loss instead of weight loss and be patient in achieving it .
