The 4 pillars of HOW TO LOSE FAT are--
1) DIET AND NUTRITION
- Calorie deficit
- Sufficient protein
- Good fats
- Sufficient fibers and micros
2) TRAINING
- Strength train atleast 4 times a week
3) ACTIVITY/CARDIO
- Do cardio 3-4 times a week
- Stay active throughout the day
- Step count , aim for 8-10 K steps
4) PATIENCE
- You gained all that weight over a long period of time , so don't expect to be lean in 2-3 weeks. Have patience!!!
