Everyone says they’re coachable… until it gets uncomfortable.
Until:
-The plan asks you to eat at consistent times
-You’re asked to sleep on time, not just track steps
-You have to show up even on “bad” weeks
-You can’t rely on motivation to carry you
Being coachable isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being honest—with your coach, and yourself.
✅ It’s telling the truth about how your week went.
✅ It’s allowing your plan to be built around your reality, not fantasy goals.
✅ It’s surrendering to the process especially when it’s hard.
Because the truth is: Your progress depends on your coachability. Not your potential.
If this made you uncomfortable, it’s probably exactly what you needed to hear.
Tag someone who’s doing the hard work of showing up—even when it’s not easy.
