A "Trigger" is one of our best "Teachers".
It might be a person, pattern or memories...
Whatever it is, it can provide us with an opening of revealing, accepting, processing and healing a part of our shadow self.

Difficult people, challenging situations, old wounds - you name it - life is continuously mirroring back and bringing forth something to learn or unlearn.

All the different version(s) of us in this lifetime or others, this timeline or across multiverses - the gamut of opportunities of learning, growing, outgrowing, becoming a better version of ourselves - every moment is "teaching" us to observe, absorb, absolve, dismantle.

When we open up to receiving from our Inner Guru (Higher Self), that consolidates lifetimes' of wisdom the soul has gleaned up through its various incarnations.

The Cosmic Consciousness, the Universal Consciousness, the Collective Consciousness, the Individual Consciousness : everything is like a cascading ladder steps for us to keep on walking on, receiving from.

During a 30 min online journey tonight, these were some of the things that got highlighted as an experience.

We are truly in times that is a paradox. It provides us fast tracking of our evolution as well as appears to be full of more and more distractions. Anchoring within, anchoring in a Guru, anchoring in the Masters you have worked with, anchoring in the Inner Sanctum of Wisdom and Sanctity becomes more and more relevant in these times.

Whatever makes sense, is sensible.
We all have our own “lived” experiences, rationale and belief systems that determines what is “sensible” for us.
Others might or might not be able to see it or agree with it. The reverse is equally true. We can, at times, not be able to comprehend what is “sensible” and “logical” for others. Because we have not lived their lives.

Never say Never : we have all heard it at some point..

Interestingly, during the online workshop today, I was shown an image similar to what I could find on google and sharing here.

It means that when we say NO with a vehemence or out of fear, the energy of it is mirrored/reflected back to us as a reality.

"Saying No" for creating healthy boundaries is a different scene altogether. That is a choice to proactively have your own back.

That is also the reason why those who believe in manifesting, refrain from using "not" in their affirmations. For example, Instead of affirming "am not fat", the affirmation can be like "am slender and fit"

But when we say things like "I will never do this" with pride or fear; somehow the chances are it is switched "On" for us.

We are truly free when our heart is free of knots created because of our experiences with people.

We are truly free when our mind is free from repeated narratives of hatred, anger, bitterness and disappointments.

We are truly free when our soul no longer carries wounds of unforgiveness towards oneself or others.
