What is A**l Fissure??
A**l fissure is the most common cause for painful defecation (Opening bowels). Most times it is also associated with bleeding but not all the time. It is a small cut in the a**l ca**l upto skin.

What is the treatment of A**l Fissure?
When treated appropriately in the initial stages, fissure heals upto 75% with simple Ayurvedic medicines. Longer the duration less likely it is to heal with some Ayurvedic creams and might need simple surgery to relax the sphincters so that fissure can heal.

It is a safe and cost-effective means to treat fistula, hemorrhoids, and other similar diseases. Indian sages such as Sushruta and Charaka have attested to the efficacy of such Ayurvedic interventions. In modern times, the efficacy of the procedure has been re-evaluated by the Department of Shalya Ta**ra in the Benaras Hindu University.
