Life is beautifully unpredictable, and that’s what I love most about it. For all my Insta friends who’ve asked to know more about me, here’s a little glimpse into my world. I’m Ritu Singh – a proud mother to a 10-year-old bundle of joy, and a passionate yoga practitioner and nutritionist for over a decade.
What I find most fascinating about my journey is how many of the pivotal moments have been what I’d call “happy accidents.” And my discovery of yoga is one of those. It started as an unexpected encounter, quickly became an addiction, and has since evolved into a higher calling.
Yoga and nutrition, for me, has been a transformative journey. At first, it was about healing, then it became a way to strengthen my body. Over time, it grew into a passion to share it with others, and today, it’s all about spreading its benefits far and wide, as quickly as I can.
Yoga isn’t just about mastering postures or breathwork – it’s about unlocking your full potential. It’s about the powerful transformation you experience – mentally, physically, and spiritually – and the contrast between who you were and who you become.
