We are doing separate pranayam and meditation classes. 15 minutes of Pranayam is equal to 1 hour of asana practice also we are including Mantra chantings and meditation in this session.

For those who find it challenging to practice yoga asanas due to physical limitations, time constraints, or other reasons, *pranayama and meditation* offer accessible and powerful alternatives.
