Support for an Underprivileged Girl’s Marriage
In a very underprivileged area, there was a young girl from a financially weak family whose parents were facing great difficulty in arranging her marriage due to economic challenges.
Understanding their situation, Inner Wheel Club stepped forward to extend support. The Club provided some financial assistance along with essential items related to the wedding to help ease the burden on the family.
Though it was a small gesture, it was a heartfelt effort from Inner Wheel to support the family during their time of need. This initiative reflected the spirit of compassion, care, and community service.

Water Harvesting Awareness Program – Inner Wheel Club Koderma
Inner Wheel Club Koderma organized a special Water Harvesting Awareness Program at the site where water harvesting has been successfully implemented. Many women and young girls were taken to the location to practically understand how water conservation works and why it is so important.
The session focused on spreading awareness about how we can save water at home, adopt simple daily habits to prevent wastage, and prepare ourselves for water shortages during summer. The aim was to ensure that families do not face serious difficulties when water becomes scarce.
An informative talk was conducted during the program. The speaker explained in detail the water crisis situation across India — highlighting which regions are facing severe shortages, what initiatives have been taken in different states, and how communities are managing water resources effectively.
Special emphasis was given on how similar water conservation methods can be applied in Koderma. Practical solutions and local implementation strategies were discussed so that the community can benefit in the long term.
The program was educational, practical, and empowering, encouraging everyone to take responsibility for saving water and securing a better future.

Anemia Awareness Program at School
Inner Wheel Club organized an Anemia Awareness Program in a school, which proved to be highly beneficial for the girls. The session helped them gain a better understanding of anemia and its impact on health.
The girls actively participated and confidently asked their personal questions about how they can prevent and overcome anemia.
Dr. Priya explained everything in a very simple and effective manner. She made them aware of how important blood is for our body and guided them on practical ways to increase hemoglobin levels through proper nutrition, healthy habits, and timely medical care.
The program was informative, interactive, and truly empowering for the students.
