Sometime back we have sent information on UTI (Urinary Track Infections). UTI is common with Woman; in same line prostate is common with old age man.

III. Problem related to prostate:
Following 3 major problem which are called prostate problems.
III.A. Prostatitis: Inflammation or infection of the prostate.
Treatment: Antibiotics.
May occurs young and middle-aged men.
III.B. Enlarged prostate: Also called benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH). Is growth of the prostate gland to an unhealthy size.
Old age man has high chance for it.
Age 31-40: Chances 1 in 12
Age 51-60: Chances 1 in 2

50% need treatment. BPH does not lead to prostate cancer.
Treatment:
Medicines and Surgery (Surgery only if medicine is failed to give results).
Medicine content Cardura, Flomax, Hytrin, and Uroxatral: Relieve the tension around the urethra
Medicine content Avodart and Proscar: Reduce the size of the prostate itself
Those are prescribed medicine; hence check with doctor.
Surgery: TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate) is the most common surgery for BPH. It accounts for 90% of all BPH surgeries.
III.C. Prostate cancer:

No one knows exactly what causes prostate cancer. More common in aged man.
Diagnosis: Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood testing helps in diagnosis of prostate cancer. Your doctor will decide once he find relevant symptoms.
IV. Prevention:
Prostate issues are natural part of growing older. Hence man can’t do much; though following can be little helpful.
A. Healthy diet: Eating healthy diet: Low in saturated fat and High in fruits and vegetables.
B. Maintain good hygiene.
